JFS is seeking a Director of Jewish Addiction and Mental Health Services to mentor, coach,
support and inspire team members, colleagues and partners and to collaborate on providing
services to community members impacted by addiction and mental health challenges.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director will be guided by the core elements that have been
established by JFS and JACS and will have an instrumental role in shaping the trajectory of the
full roll-out of the new program; including core services, staffing, integration with other
divisions of JFS and relationships with key community partners.

at home as long as possible? This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to
uplift the community’s well-being.

The Community Connector is a new role for JFS. JFS is part of the inaugural cohort of the
Community Connector program, which is an addition to our already existing partnership with
the United Way Healthy Aging Program for Seniors. The Community Connector program will
work in collaboration with our Better at Home program and will provide community
connections for vulnerable seniors living in Kerrisdale, Oakridge, Marpole, Dunbar and
Southlands. Reporting to the Better at Home Senior Coordinator, the Community Connector will
play an integral role in bridging the gap between healthcare and social care

you. The Admin Assistant will support integral services helping Seniors to live independently in
their homes. The Admin Assistant will play a role in maximizing the JFS mission and vision by

Survivors and will also assist our Thriving Seniors and Housing programs. Reporting to the

wellness of seniors, individuals with disabilities and Holocaust Survivors.
