The Power of Community

On May 14, 2019, over 600 people came together at our 15th annual Innovators Lunch to support the work of Jewish Family Services.

This year’s sold-out Innovators Lunch broke records. Over $380,000 was raised in support of JFS’ programs and services.

The theme was Community,  and you truly showed us the power of a community that cares. The audience took Jody Dales up on her challenge to fully access Neil and Michelle Pollock's matching gift and beyond - thank you! You helped us to raise much needed funds so that over 2000 people - kids, youth, adults and seniors in the Jewish and broader community - will be able to get the help they need when they turn to JFS.

Our keynote speaker, Lane Merrifield (presented by Austeville and Shay Keil), called us to focus on the essentials - knowing our values, staying true to them, and giving back to the community. He challenged us to look at creative ways to expand our impact and leave this world better than we found it.

Special thanks to our 2019 Innovators Lunch Committee: Candice Thal, Tamar Bakonyi, Shannon Ezekiel, Sherri Wise and Todd Thal.

Together, through your support of JFS, we can uplift lives and strengthen our community.
