Housing Workshop – Tenant Resources & Advisory Centre

JFS proudly presents the Tenant Resource & Advisory Centre (TRAC) Workshop!  

Please join us at The Kitchen office at 54 East 3rd Ave Vancouver, BC from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7th. There will be light snacks, coffee and tea provided.  

There will be a presentation given by TRAC’s Emma Lazo on what services they offer and tenant/landlord rights and responsibilities. They will cover topics such as Quiet Enjoyment, Repairs and Maintenance requests, Eviction Notices, Rent Increases and much more. TRAC also offers legal representation and legal advocate services free of charge so if any of the above is relevant to you, please stop by.  

Emma Lazo will be happy to answer any questions you may have as well as Remi de Saudeur, JFS Housing Resource Coordinator, who will be at the Kitchen during and after the presentation.  

If you do not want to come for the workshop, feel free to come to the Kitchen afterwards for the Housing Resource and Support Drop-in until 4 p.m.
