Descendants of Holocaust Survivors

The Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre (VHEC) and Jewish Family Services of Greater Vancouver are pleased to announce a six-week Zoom-based workshop providing a focused and creative opportunity for descendants to explore their identities in writing.

This program aims to:

• Grow community, connection, and outreach
• Provide a supportive and therapeutic space using mindfulness and somatic approaches
• Discuss and share conversation and writing related to being a descendant
• Honour, remember and reflect
• Dialogue and express creatively in a supportive environment

These 90-minute sessions take place every Monday, over 6 consecutive weeks:
February 6, 13, 20, 27, March 6, 13

All sessions will take place from 7pm-8:30pm via Zoom Video Conferencing.

Cost per participant $180.00 (subsidy available)
