Building Resilience in Young Children
Presented by JFS and Jewish Federation
A free workshop to provide parents of pre-school and primary grade children with practical skills and strategies to build resilience and encourage social and emotional developments in their children as a foundation for academic and personal success.
Panel members will discuss the role of parents in ensuring strong attachment and resilience, reducing the negative impact of social media and facilitating self-regulation.

Charlene Goldstein: Registered Psychologist and former School Psychologist and Case Manager in the public school system
Dr. Yoram Minnes, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and clinical professor at the UBC School of Medicine
Nava Rozen: Child & Family Therapist and Co-ordinator of the Jewish Family Services YOU Matter program
