Depression and anxiety effects everyone, no matter who you are. In these difficult times we are all more susceptible to depression and anxiety due to lack of connection, unforeseen future and loss of control in our lives.
To help you through this, JFS will hosting a free weekly online support group to teach coping skills and allow a safe space to talk at share. This weekly online meeting is an hour and half in length.
