Over the course of 8 sessions, trained counsellors will guide group exercises and discussions to help participants understand and process their personal experiences of anxiety.
Each session will work with a theme aimed at the underlying patterns of anxiety and will offer tools for coping and thriving.
Participants will have the opportunity to strengthen their overall mental health, address unwanted habits, and practice new skills.
